Return or exchange your purchase – our 100% money back guarantee

  1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
  2. Orders under 2kg in weight will be delivered by Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg will be delivered by UPS.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us stating your order number and details of your complaint within 7 days of receipt.
  4. Returned items must be returned in suitable packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the items.
  5. Please note: We ensure all orders are securely packaged when dispatched, please check your order immediately for any damages as you receive it and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
  6. Items will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  7. The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery service.
  8. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  9. Non delivered items which the customer has not received, must be notified to us by email within 7 working days after dispatch confirmation and carrier details have been provided. We will provide proof of postage with any item that is not received it time. We aim to resolve any delivery issues with a third party within a reasonable time.
  10. Purchased E-vouchers will be sent by email to the customer/recipient within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
  11. E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  12. We may periodically make revisions of the design of our packaging which may differ from items advertised on the website. These changes will  enhance the products and not affect the contents or quality.

We will respond to all complaints and returns within five working days.

We will only hold information such as your name address and email etc, such as is provided when you place an order. Any credit card detail is not retained by us and is processed off site by our credit card facilitator.
