Return or exchange your purchase – our 100% money back guarantee

  1. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
  2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us stating your order number and details of your complaint within 7 days of receipt.
  3. Returned items must be returned in suitable packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the items.
  4. Please note: We ensure all orders are securely packaged when dispatched, please check your order immediately for any damages as you receive it and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
  5. Damaged items due to transit that cannot be returned must be photographed as evidence. Contact us with the relevant information and we will replace the item.
  6. Items will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  7. The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery service.
  8. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  9. Purchased E-vouchers will be sent by email to the customer/recipient within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
  10. E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We will respond to all complaints and returns within five working days.
