- We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us stating your order number and details of your complaint within 7 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be returned in suitable packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the items.
- Please note: We ensure all orders are securely packaged when dispatched, please check your order immediately for any damages as you receive it and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Damaged items due to transit that cannot be returned must be photographed as evidence. Contact us with the relevant information and we will replace the item.
- Items will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery service.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Purchased E-vouchers will be sent by email to the customer/recipient within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the Monday.
- E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
